CLIMBTECH | A Lineman’s climbing gear
Creating a new climbing kit for Linemen with focus on functionality and safety

WHY?
A Lineman’s task is to maintain and expand cities power grids so that our hight tech society functions. But the profession uses low tech gear that has not been developed in decades. We wanted to inspire people to think differently and show what is possible.
OUTCOME
We presented a holistic solution for linemen. A fully equipped harness with all the necessary functions needed and a pair of brand new climbing shoes. With the inbuilt safety line system the climber can be wired down in no time. The shoes stays put on your foot at all times making this a safe and comfortable solution for the climbers.
